Get ready for a one-of-a-kind outdoor yoga experience in our peaceful pasture overlooking the pond. Hosted by the Sonic Endurance team, this relaxing session is the perfect mix of movement, nature, and goat-filled joy.

Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.

After class, you’ll have plenty of time to play, pet, and pose with our friendly goats. 🐐💛
