Yoga

Join us for a unique experience that blends nature, meditation, and the delightful company of goats! Our instructor Sue is a Registered Certified Yoga Instructor 200 RYT.

She started her love for yoga in 2014 after she was going through some life challenges and changes, wanted to be more in her mind and body.

In 2021 she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During her battle she realized she had a desire to help others who were going through their own challenges in life, with health and personal traumas.  In March of 2024, she completed her Certification in Vinyasa Yoga and became a Registered Certified Yoga Instructor.

Sues’ teaching styles are mostly Beginner Yoga, Chair Yoga, Slow Flow and Goat Yoga. Her personal choice for my practice is Hot Yoga.

Sues’ goal for all her students is to allow you to practice yoga at their pace, find your peace, happiness and confidence with in their own practice and provide mindfulness to assist with your intentions for their day.
